Mission Monkey: Look What You Could Win!

It’s no secret that one of our own is going through some hard, awful times.  Momma Pixie found out on May 7th that her beautiful 16 month old daughter, Monkey has Neuroblastoma.  Neuroblastoma is a type of  cancer that attacks the nervous system.  The same cancer that Jaden has and the same cancer that took the life of poor little Ethan.

Ian, of The Daily Dose of Reality has pulled bloggers and companies together to donate items for a raffle that will benefit Monkey and her family.  Hospital bills aren’t cheap and they don’t pay themselves (contrary to popular belief), so all funds raised for this raffle will help Momma Pixie pay for the care that Little Monkey needs.

Scotti Oxford, yeah, you know, The Inner Hooker?  She’s giving some of her AHHH MAZING patterns for the raffle (up to 30 of them!)!  You really need to take a look at her etsy shop to see her stuff because I’m pretty sure the finished product of her patterns can be put on the ugliest baby (calm down!  I know there’s no such thing as an ugly baby) and make it precious!  Seriously, look at the cute things she has patterns for:

Remember that all the money raised is going for such a great cause!  We need to abolish cancer, y’all!  It won’t happen to day or tomorrow, and it probably won’t happen next year, but if we work together to raise money and awareness, good things will happen!
